We have been in the real estate business as owners not agents in the Hot Springs area since 1983. We own what we sell, and we provide affordable owner financing on most of our properties.

We develop home-sites for manufactured homes in Central Arkansas owner financed or land home financing in coordination with your manufactured home dealer. Additionally from time to time we have individual lots for site built homes, and remodeled site-built homes for sale owner financed.
